Customer support is amazing and there are numerous documents available to figure stuff out. Its easy to use , just as quick as typing it in google and opening it very easy to implement. It has all the features both online and offline which makes it way more fesible and easy to use to transfer any file and edit where ever we want, either on phone or on ipad or in the laptop whaich makes it a ease for implimentation and integration. along with that it has a 24*7 customer cupport or any urgent issues. The only downside of Gdocs as far as my experience is concerned, is how Google docs files tend to slow down when editing or working on very large documentations , especially those with a lot of illustrations.
