What do you like best about greytHR?

I really appreciate greytHR for being a single website where I can manage all my documents and corporate paperwork. I like having all my salary slips recorded in an orderly format. The home feature is great for tracking my payslips, reviewing, and tracking reimbursement claims. I also find the document center particularly beneficial as it stores my Form 16 and all other necessary documents securely. "Simplify HR operations with one App"

What do you like best about greytHR?

The interface is very user friendly and I don't need to spend much time with employees teaching them how to use the Greythr app. It is quite self-explanatory when it comes to applying for leaves, checking daily attendance and downloading payslips. Also, the admin version of the app which I use as an HR manager is efficient and makes my daily operations work much easier. It gives me all the consolidated data of employee's attendances, late comings and also automatically deducts the salary on their payslip if I put half-day for an employee when they are late to work. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The server sometimes hangs up which causes the app to logout automatically. This is a bit of a hassle as all the employees then need to log back into the app every time they want to use it. It doesn't stay automatically logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sued to keep track of all the data of our 25 employees on excel manually and literally on physical paper handwritten before Greythr. It helps us to keep all the employee records and data at one place. It has also made tracking of leaves, daily attendance, late comings much simpler and it saves us a lot of mental work and time. What do you like best about greytHR?

greytHR has simple, clean and minimal UI, which makes it easy to use for daily login and logouts. And even team members who aren't tech-savvy found they could navigate the dashboard and find their payslips or apply for leave without any formal training. When we first signed up, moving our entire employee database over was a surprisingly smooth process that didn't disrupt our work week, which made the transition feel very managed. The main frustration occurs when we try to sync the platform with our existing accounting software or external hardware, as the connection process feels a bit rigid and often requires a lot of manual troubleshooting. What do you like best about greytHR?

The software is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to access all the necessary information with just a single click. Managing and organizing data for multiple employees is also simple and well-structured.

The integration of other softwares along with GreytHR are made easy and all the required datas are processed from one software to another and no need to copy paste every time you make changes.

The customer support is on point and very helpful especially during the critical stages. They have always come with solutions when required.

All our employees are solely dependant on the GreytHR portal for their payroll and tax break up data and have never heard a single complaint on the portal and most of users frequently use the portal for reimbursement and anything related to payments.
