What I like best about PeopleForce is how convenient it is to keep everything in one place. All employee data is easily accessible, which makes it simple to generate reports, track requests, and manage day-to-day processes without jumping between tools. It really helps to keep everything organized and saves a lot of time when working with people-related tasks.

Some features that are essential for our company are still missing in PeopleForce. However, I really appreciate the ability to submit tickets, track their status, and view tickets submitted by others this makes the feedback process transparent and collaborative.
