"Effortless Monitoring with Reliable Alerts and Intuitive Dashboards"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Uptime.com stands out for its straightforward setup, reliability, and the clear insight it provides into your website or service’s performance. The interface is intuitive, allowing you to easily set up uptime checks, SSL checks, and even comprehensive user-flow transaction monitors without any complicated configuration. Alerting is dependable, with minimal false positives, and it integrates seamlessly with tools like Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, and email or SMS, ensuring you’re promptly notified if issues arise. The dashboards and reports are well-designed and informative, offering performance trends, detailed downtime information, and actionable SLA insights for your team. With both synthetic and real user monitoring, as well as testing from various global locations, Uptime.com offers strong value compared to other monitoring solutions. In summary, it’s a reliable, user-friendly platform that delivers the visibility you need from a monitoring service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

Some common criticisms of Uptime.com focus on its cost, complexity, and usability. Many users find the pricing to be relatively high, particularly when additional checks or advanced features are needed. While the platform is straightforward for basic monitoring tasks, more advanced functions—such as multi-step transaction checks or in-depth API monitoring—can be somewhat complicated and require extra time to set up. Some users have also noted that alert notifications can sometimes be excessive or lack the level of customization they desire. The mobile experience is often seen as less robust than the desktop version. Overall, although the tool is powerful, some users believe it could be more intuitive and adaptable in certain aspects. "Reliable URL Monitoring with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I really appreciate the good user interface of Uptime.com, which makes interacting with the software seamless and user-friendly. It effectively organizes multiple URLs into one particular mapping, allowing me to view them in a unified manner, which is very helpful. The ease of editing monitoring settings is another highlight for me, since it simplifies the process and even a new person can easily add monitoring settings. This tool is particularly beneficial for overseeing all client URLs. Furthermore, the setup process is incredibly simple, involving just two or three steps to configure a URL for monitoring, which I find extremely convenient. This simplicity in configuration, combined with essential commands, makes it a pleasure to use. Overall, Uptime.com is very effective in monitoring URLs and performing health checks, which ensures that I can swiftly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise. It's a tool I find very good for daily use, and I am willing to recommend it to friends and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

I find the integration options lacking in Uptime.com. It would be beneficial if the platform could integrate more seamlessly with AI tools and other technologies to automate error detection and create helpful checks based on provided URLs. This could enhance the utility of the tool by allowing issues to be automatically identified and addressed without manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Uptime.com for several months and have found its intuitive user interface to be a key factor in our decision to deploy it across all monitored systems. The platform makes it simple to locate and configure the necessary health checks, while offering a wide range of monitoring options and a highly customizable dashboard. Although the pricing is not the most competitive in the market, we consider Uptime.com to provide exceptional value for the features and reliability it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

So far, we have encountered very few issues with Uptime.com. While some of the more advanced features—such as Real User Monitoring, Transaction, and API checks—require a bit of a learning curve to configure, the comprehensive tutorials provided by Uptime.com have been extremely helpful. They enable us to find the right solutions quickly, often eliminating the need to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Reliable Uptime Monitoring"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I like the ease of use when setting up and reviewing checks with Uptime.com. It's convenient for identifying root causes during outages, saving us critical time in resolving issues. I also appreciate the ability for our customers to subscribe to updates through the SLA page. The centralized location for sharing the status of our application and communicating maintenance and incidents is super handy. We've been using Uptime.com for over 5 years, and it's been a great tool for what it's designed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

The SSO login process has too many clicks, I have to select SSO, then put in my account, then it takes me to my identity provider. Would be nice to just have a quick link that would bypass one or some of these steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Uptime.com for its simplicity and the richness of its features. The availability of Internal Probe servers is particularly valuable, as it allows to monitor not only external services but also on-premises or isolated environments. I find adding checks to be super easy, as it's as simple as a few clicks, plus there is a huge list of Probe servers available. The initial setup of Uptime.com was also super easy. "Best monitoring tool for small and medium enterprises with 100% visibility"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Uptime.com provides a highly reliable and comprehensive monitoring platform that is easy to scale across multiple environments and services. The alerting is consistent and timely, the dashboards are intuitive, and the variety of check types allows us to monitor everything from basic HTTP endpoints to complex multi-step transactions. I especially appreciate the clarity of reporting, SLA tracking, and the flexibility to customize alert rules and contact groups. Overall, it has significantly improved our ability to detect incidents early and maintain visibility across our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

While the platform is strong overall, a few areas could be improved. The UI can feel slightly cluttered when managing a large number of monitors, and bulk editing or reorganizing checks sometimes requires more steps than expected. Historical reporting is good but could offer more granular filtering and customization options. Additionally, integrations are solid, but advanced configuration for alert routing or automation could be more intuitive. None of these are blockers, but enhancements here would streamline day-to-day operations even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than I expected"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We were using a competitor prior to coming to Uptime.com. We needed a few more features and after going through the demos and seeing what was being offered and speaking with the customer support team, I quickly understood the value of Uptime. The flexibility of being able to create and monitor virtually anything and display the status on a self created Status screen is what I value most. Also, being able to creating 1-minute monitors from many different locations within the US to help identity networks issues vs a real problem is an outstanding feature and so easy to implement. Well done Uptime! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable monitoring tool with excellent alerting features"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

What I appreciate most about Uptime.com is its reliability and ease of use. The platform provides clear, real-time visibility into the status of our websites and services, with detailed reports and customizable dashboards. I also value the flexible alerting system, which ensures that the right people are notified immediately through multiple channels (email, SMS, Slack, etc.). The setup was straightforward, and the customer support team has always been responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, it gives me confidence that potential downtime is detected before it becomes a serious issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

While Uptime.com is very effective, there are a few areas for improvement. The pricing model can become a bit high for smaller teams that need advanced features. Some reports could also offer deeper historical analysis and more customization options to make trend monitoring easier. Additionally, the mobile app works fine but could be more intuitive and offer the same depth of data as the desktop version. These are minor drawbacks, but refining them would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
