Yopto have been great partners for us as we've continued to grow. Offering products and services that fit our business needs and have never been pushy with their offerings. What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo stands out for its ease of use and intuitive, user-friendly interface. From onboarding to daily use, the platform runs smoothly without any technical hiccups. One of the biggest highlights is their customer support—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always friendly, which makes a huge difference when you're managing customer feedback at scale.

A feature I particularly love is the "Review Atlas". It provides a clear, visual breakdown of review performance, including metrics like review quality and authenticity. What do you dislike about Yotpo?

The biggest downside is the pricing. Yotpo is one of the most expensive platforms in its category. Additionally, I’d love to see more flexibility in the review export functionality—specifically, the ability to export reviews based on keyword filters would be a game-changer for targeted analysis.
