What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Reviews.io allows us a more direct connection to customers and their reviews - I like that the reviews connect to each customer's profile and even the specific orders and products that the review relates to. This makes it easier to directly address customer concerns, but also makes it easier to link the feedback to the product-page on our website and use it to help drive future sales. What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

Only a very minor quibble, but it would be useful for customer profiles to be linked togethetr so that repeat customers don't end up getting spammed with repeat review emails. This would be especially useful in instances where One company places several orders, but under different emails and recipient names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reviews.io?

The support is top-notch! They actually call me to discuss how they can help, and it’s not a call centre! They rang me on their mobile, and I can actually get hold of them if I need to. Furthermore, they’re quick to take action and offer real support, rather than just saying "it's your issue", "upgrade your plan" or "get a developer". They genuinely go above and beyond for you. For example, my small e-commerce store has some products with like 80+ variations, and that wasn't going to work for reviews without product grouping (otherwise reviews would be for each variation, not the product as a whole). They actually enabled the feature on my account, even though it was in the next plan. They also imported my current reviews, working with me to everything was correct too.

I have to admit, I wouldn’t have stayed if it weren’t for the outstanding support from John and Trilok. Thanks heaps, guys - you’re absolute legends! You should get a raise!

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

Being a small business, it is quite pricey for some of the features you need in the higher plans, but that's only because we have less capital than larger companies. It is worth the money. I do wish the API wasn't locked behind such a high-cost plan, and I will admit, some of the "Grow" plan features should probably be part of the "Start-up" plan, e.g Product Grouping & Attributes. What do you like best about Reviews.io?

We are now fully onboard the platform and have toured the features and menus. The account provided is excellent and we have a complete overview of our customer reviews. Props to their staff, Trilok and Luna, who have been extremely courteous and caring throughout our integration to the platform. Trilok was there since the beginning and took care of our initial onboarding, while Luna filled in to fulfill additional requests. Their team was a delight to work with, and I highly recommend them to any new businesses getting on board the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Unlike Trustpilot they do not 'own' your companies reviews (basically meaning that they can't hold you to ransom and prevent you leaving their platform). Fantastic value and more features as well, no locked in long term contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems that the carousel widgets do not allow a star filter, meaning negative reviews will be displayed to customers on site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
