MONSAINTA: 24-HOUR ONLINE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

The services provided by the municipality of Saint-Avold have moved on to e-administration. An online service for user requests has been created. Civil status and citizenship procedures can be requested 24 hours a day thanks to this facility. To make administrative procedures easier, this remote service handles requests for CNI-PASSEPPORT identity documents, death certificates, birth certificates, certificates of recognition, and electoral roll registrations. In some cases, such as for identity documents, this remote service enables an appointment to be made with the department concerned to submit and complete the application. In other cases, the application is processed remotely and the user receives the document at home.
