These are the final balancing changes to complete the rework, after suggestions from our feedback committee and various players. Changes are explained below in the order that they appear in the diff:

• Buff to mono length bonus to counter losses from ensure monolengthbonus applies to new strain contribution only #33635
• Buff to rhythm difficulty to counter losses from osu!taiko new acc pp formula + rhythm difficulty penalty #34188
• Rhythm penalty maximum unstable rate changed to always represent 90% accuracy on maps, without this longer maps were at a disadvantage as the same 100 count on a shorter map is worse accuracy but would be penalised the same amount
• Rhythm factor parameters tweaked after rhythm buff above
• Rhythm penalty max value tweaked after rhythm buff, power tweaked based on community feedback
• Miss penalty formula replaced after community feedback, slightly nerfs long maps and prevents very short/inconsistent ones being nuked
• HDFL excluded from reading-based hidden penalties
• Penalty to EZHDCL after osu!taiko remove multipliers nerfing Easy mod #33415 revealed how broken it is lol
• Accuracy bonus on high star rating tweaked after feedback from top players and to partially counter osu!taiko remove stamina skill component from strainLengthBonus #33380
• Accuracy length bonus slighly nerfed based on community feedback
