Use most recent build of `utplsql-cli`
Reorganized `.travis.yml` script to limit the size of outputs showing by default in console.
Going back to older `utplsql-cli` version.
Removing `owner=...` call parameters to see if it has impact on the extensions of test files.
Switching to new `utplsql-cli` again to validate that the new client is causing issues with missing extensions on files lists that are passed to the framework.
