2 a. Give a brief note on any four conditions to be met with while defining a research problem.

b. Discuss the necessary observations (any five) which help in the development of working
hypothesis. (10 Marks)

3 a. State any five factors to be considered while preparing a research design. (10 Marks)
b. What are the important steps (any five) in designing in case of descriptive and diagnostic
research? (10 Marks)

4 a. State the important concepts relating to research design (any six). (10 Marks)
b. Discuss briefly the following basic principles of experimental design,
