3. When: May 13, 2018 at about 11:35 AM.

4. Who: Suspect was Emmanuel Sanots y Victorino, 49 years old, single and a resident
of Brgy San Jose, Baliwag, Bulacan. Victim was Roselyn Nepomuceno y Viola, 27
years old, single and resident No. 0406 Bunga Menor Brgy Bustos, Bulacan.

5. Why: Lust

6. How: The suspect raised his arms to touch the breast of the victim as he walked his
way in a narrow space where the victim is standing, the victim called the attention of
the Security guard who immediately arrest the suspect. The suspect was brought to
this Station at around 12:40 PM of same date for proper disposition. Investigator-on-
