Example: Short quiz I will send a three-item quiz via text message before the
lesson. Based on the responses, I will take note of the
common misconceptions and clarify them to the learners
during our online session or via text message.
1. 5-Item Formative Send the 5-item Formative Assessment through Group Chat
Assessment and it will be corrected during online meeting via google
meet.

5. 5 modified true-false test Test will be sent through text/call/group chat. Answers will
be retrieved in the same manner. Clarification will be done
online meeting through Google hangout.
