- How did you learn English?

I started learn English in school but I begin really learn English in my home on internet. At school
they teach more vocabulary and grammar but It doesn’t prepare yourself to have a real
conversation. So I decided to improve my pronunciation, vocabulary and listening,.. on internet
with many documents, videos, courses It helps.
Then I see that if I want to improve English , I needed to speak with native speakers who can help
me with my English so I decided to study in new zeland for around seven months over there I really
improve my listening and my speaking

- Tell me about yourself

“I’m Studing accounting and international business at politecnico

grancolombiano, My las job experience was in bancolombia bank I started on
15th November to 15th April 2020 as an assistant accounting . I learned a lot
about how to build and manage accounts successfully. It was a temporally job
so it was only for six months. My goal right now is to find a position at a
company where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. I want to
work for an organization where I can build a career.”

- What are your strengths and weaknesses?

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself
different skillsets. And while I don’t have much experience in customer service, I think
my ability to learn will help me overcome that obstacle quickly.

- Why do you want to work for our company?

I discovered that your company really values training and ongoing learning for your
employees, and as someone who loves to learn new things and be challenged, this is
important to me.

- How would you handle a call from an angry customer?

I think the first step is to stay calm and express to the customer that you understand them.
I think it’s also important to remember that it isn’t personal, and the best way to de-
escalate the situation is to work towards a solution.
