Client does not know what to do because her family continues to urge her to go back to their
province so they can help her but she views their future their as a bleak.

IV. FAMILY BACKGROUND/ SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS


Aling Maria is a seastream have 5 children,aling Maria’s husband is a a carpenter but he died
and Aling Maria’s source of livelihood was a seasstream which does not provide sufficient
income for her and her children.

V. ASSESSMENT
Aling Maria is a responsible mother to her 5 children she only think on how she can survive
their daily needs and sometimes she lost her trust and confidence to herself. She needs to do
her best and show to her family that she can provide the needs of needs of her family so that
her family stop forcing her to go back to their province.

VI. PLAN OF ACTION/INTERVENTION


Aling Maria can go to the DSWD And get some advice about her situation so that she have an
idea on what to do about her problem and she can also go to the government so that the
government give her some advice also and give some assistance and offer her a job or a
livelihood assistance.

VII. RECOMMENDATION

Aling Maria needs to confront her family and talk in a simple way so that her family
understand and respect her decision and just support her for what is her plan and decision
she wants in her life and the her plan for the future of her childrens.
