GROUND RULES
- Every Friday we are going to have 30-minute meetings through Google Meet
to discuss activities / project progress and the members have to be connected
at least 5 minutes prior to the set time.
- Every group member has to answer the group chat when required. If a member
doesn’t answer after one day, decisions will be made by the other members.
- If one of the members doesn’t reply at all after three activities the teacher will
be notified.
- Every assignment has to be completed at least one day before the due date so
that it can be proofread and corrected if needed.
- Every group member has to participate actively in all the assignments.
3. Assignment of specific tasks, roles, and responsibilities along with due dates.
(15pts).
- Pierina Bonilla will be the group leader and in charge of sending all activities before
the deadline.
- Wilson Ludeña will be in charge of reminding everyone within the group to complete
their part of the project before the deadline.
- Isis Molina will be in charge of planning and organizing the activities so that we have
a high level of responsibility and show preparation when presenting them.
- Paula Rodríguez will be in charge of the creative aspect of the project, reviewing and
correcting the assignment a few days before the deadline to ensure that it is correct in
terms of spelling, grammar, structure, and flow. In the event that any corrections or
structural changes are needed, she will communicate with her group mates to
coordinate the necessary adjustments.
4. Outline of the specific process for dealing with unmet expectations or other
problems that might arise. (25pts)
a. We will identify the problem that is causing the unmet expectations.
b. We will gather as much information as possible about the situation.
c. We will analyze the information to identify the root cause of the problem. This could
involve asking questions about underlying causes.
d. We will develop a solution that will address the issue. Setting clear expectations for
each group member could help in this step of the way.
e. We will develop and implement a solution that meets the group members' needs.
f. Finally, we will evaluate the solution by asking the group members about its
effectiveness and reviewing the project progress.
5. An agreed-upon method for peer feedback during the project so that * problems
can be addressed before the project ends. (25pts)

the project.
● We will give feedback in a timely manner, so that the person receiving the feedback
has time to make changes.
● We will be specific and actionable in our feedback, and we will focus on the work
itself, rather than on the person who created it.
