here to oversee and observe the Conduct Competency
Assessment and Procedure. They will not assess you.

and IDENTIFICATION CARD once your name is
called.

This is a proof that you know and you can perform
that all the unit of competencies under the ORGANIC
AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II

Today, I am going to administer the full qualification of
ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II
This qualification is consisting of 4 Core Competencies
and 2 Elective Competencies
COC 1 Raise Organic Chicken
COC 2 Produce Organic Vegetables
COC 3 Produce Organic Fertilizers
COC 4 Produce Organic Concoctions and
Extracts
Elective 1 Raise Organic Small Ruminants
Elective 2 Raise Organic Hogs
This assessment will last 8 hours
The purpose of National Assessment aims to determine
the level of your competency and for the issuance of
National Certificate Level II issued by the TESDA and
will serve as a license for employment with the validity
of 5 years
I am going to use Practical Demonstration and oral
questioning to assess your under pinning knowledge
and under pinning skills.
There will be two assessment result named
COMPETENT and NOT YET COMPETENT. If found to
be COMPETENT you can get your NC II certificate at
your active GMAIL, 24 hours after the assessment.
Just bring it to the TESDA PROVINCIAL OFFICE for
AUTHENTICATING and DRY SEALING.
If you found NOT YET COMPETENT, you are qualified
for reassessment just go to the nearest assessment
center and schedule your reassessment anytime.
If you are not satisfied with your assessment result,
you may write a letter of appeal addressed to TESDA
Provincial Director.
If you are found that you are not competent in
some unit of competencies, the reassessment
shall focus only to the unit of competencies
where you are not yet competent. Since this
assessment is not full qualification. Also, if you
failed two (2) consecutive assessments you will
be advice to undergo a refresher course before
applying to reassessment.
If you have necessities, don’t hesitate to approach me
and we have CR at the end of this room and the
canteen at the back of admin office.
For DO’s and Don’t’s only I the assessor the AC
Manager and the TESDA Representative are allow
inside the assessment venue to ensure the
confidentiality of the assessment process the copy of
the CCTV footage of this assessment and the result.

Ok how are you? I've noticed while you are performing you seems
nervous .
Based on your performance that I’ve gathered you are
GOOD on other competencies. However, you did not
wear proper ppe in performing post-harvest activity
and you did not able to use appropriatethe tools in
harvesting. Im sorry to inform you that you were not
able to perform the minimum standard and
requirements of this qualification.
I'm sorry to tell that you are not yet competent.
You have to review/practice the activities related to the
competency requirements of the qualification.
Don’t worry you are qualified for reassessment on the
part of the activity that you were found to be not
competent. Just go to the nearest assessment center
to schedule your reassessment, anytime or when you
feel confident enough that you have acquired the
competence.
