DEDICATION
This Teaching Internship portfolio is heartily dedicated to
our dear Family, to whom we are dedicated and inspired the
most. Our Teaching Internship journey would not be a great
success nor even possible without their support both financial
and moral, for giving all our needs during time we developed our
system and for teaching us that even the largest task can be
accomplished if it is done one step at time.
To those people who gave me the tool and values necessary
to be where I am today, to our instructor, teachers who
instructed us on our Teaching Internship despite the numerous
obstacles we encountered
I dedicated also this portfolio to myself as a trophy for
completing the second semester. Throughout this journey, I have
had the opportunity to cry, laugh, feel down, and learn new
things. I dedicate this to myself for not giving up in the face of
adversity and for applying what I’ve learned in life.
Above all to the Almighty ALLAH that give us strength, our
source of determination, perseverance and enlightenment
ALHAMDULILLAH.

INTRODUCTION
Practice teaching played an important part in their development as a teachers by providing a context
wherein they could merge theory and practice find their own teaching and management styles as well as
coping with the demands of multi- tasking that being in a classroom demands.
Being teacher is a noble profession. The teacher touches not just the mind but also the heart of every
student. The teacher is the foundation of their knowledge and they also contribute a huge impact with their
attitude, values and personality. It takes s long process to be one. It requires time, effort, passion,
dedication, and commitment to be an effective and efficient teacher.
Student teaching is one of the stepping stones in preparing yourself as you enter your own
classroom. It is your time to explore things and learn more. It will be your time to gain the practice a variety
of teaching strategies and methodologies that you can do in a real classroom setting.
A good teacher cannot begin or continue to inspire learning without being a learner. The good
teacher must constantly learn what is new in the discipline. In fact the good teacher often helps to create
new knowledge. To live this belief, I must continuously examine my teaching method and find new ones. I
constantly work to become a better questioner for the effective use of questions is the most powerful strategy
a teacher has to help students learn.
Always remember that teaching requires long preparation, more training sessions, and experiences
to be well equipped in facing the real environment that is waiting for you soon.
Finally, I believe a teacher lives to serve. A teacher is dedicated to learning to their students we must
prepare ourselves in teaching in 21st century, which is a challenge for future teachers.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Teacher’s creed
I am a teacher; I accept the
challenges to be sagacious in
teaching every student because
I believe every student can
learn.
I accept the responsibility to
create a learning environment
conducive to optimum
achievement academically,
socially, and emotionally.
I actively pursue excellence for
my students and myself.
I cherish every student.
I am a teacher. I change the
world one student at a time.
A Teacher’s Prayer
In the name of Allah Most Merciful most gracious
Help me to council the anxious,
Crack the covering shy,
Temper the rambunctious with a gentle attitude.
Permit me to teach only the truth.
Help me to inspire them so that learning will not cease
At the classroom door.
Let the lessons they learn
Make their lives fruitful
And happy.
Ya Allah; above all else,
Help me be more than a teacher;
Make me an instrument in bringing to You
Every students who come
Under my care
ALHAMDULILLAH.
TEACHER
By Kevin William Huff
Teachers
Paint their minds
And guide their thoughts
Share their achievements
And advise their faults
Inspire a love
A knowledge and truth
As you light the path
Which leads our youth
For our future brightens
With each lesson you teach
Each smile you lengthen
Each goal you help reach
For the dawn and each poet
Each philosopher and king
Begins with a teacher
And the wisdom they bring.
Commandments In Teaching
Learn everything yiu can about your students.
Give students responsible choices about their learning and
how the classroom operates
Be prepared for class but be flexible to capitalize on teachable
moments.
Have activities with multiple entry points for those at different
skill levels.
Avoid the shallows; go deep rather than wide
Give students extended time to work on meaningful
assignments.
Find way to highlight the good in each of your students.
Treat your students with dignity, kindness and respect, even
they don’t treat you that way.
Keep your personal life out of the classroom.
Most of all, remember that you hold so much power over your
students: wield it wisely. Wield it kindly. Wield it to bring out
the best in them.
