Extending Course Access
Dear Student,
If you are repeating a class and your Pearson MyLab/Mastering/Revel access has expired, you
have two options to extend your access for your new online class. You can either fill out an
account extension form or send a WhatsApp message to the Pearson support team.
Option 1: Fill Out the Account Extension Request Form
• Access the form here: Account Extension Request Form
• Complete all required fields on the "MyLab Subscription Extending" form.
• Click the "Submit" button when finished.
• Your information will be sent to the Pearson Support Team, and your course
registration will be completed within 3 days. If not, please contact the Pearson
Support Team via WhatsApp or at yardim.pearson.com.tr.
Note: Providing all necessary information in your first contact will help complete your
registration quickly.
Option 2: Contact Pearson Support Team via WhatsApp
• WhatsApp Number: 0532 139 82 81
• In your message, include the following information:
o First Name:
o Last Name:
o Email Address:
o University:
o Course ID or Course Name:
o The access code you purchased from your bookstore (if you have lost it,
please provide the email address you used to register for your online course)
o Note: I am requesting an extension for the [course name] course I had
access to last year.
