Project Title : Creating an Email Funnel for an Ed-Tech
Introduction- The objective is to increase sales for an Edtech product
named "Finishing School," priced at Rs. 50,000. "Finishing School" offers
learners the necessary skills to secure and thrive in their first job. The focus
is on creating an integrated marketing funnel that effectively guides
potential customers from initial engagement to conversion. Tasks include
developing a strategic plan, creating a squeeze landing page for email
collection, nurturing contacts through an email sequence, and designing a
sales page for "Finishing School" along with cross-selling other products.
Task 1: Strategic Marketing Plan (Total Marks: 25):
● Conduct market research to understand the target audience's
needs, preferences, and pain points related to entering the job
market.
● Define clear marketing objectives and goals for promoting
"Finishing School".
● Identify key strategies and tactics to attract, engage, and
convert potential customers, considering channels such as
social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
Task 2: Squeeze Landing Page for Email Collection (Total Marks: 20):
● Design a dedicated squeeze landing page focused on capturing
email addresses of potential customers interested in "Finishing
School."
● Create compelling visuals and persuasive copy highlighting the
benefits and value proposition of the program to incentivize
visitors to submit their email addresses.
● Implement lead magnet and opt-in incentives such as free
resources or exclusive offers to encourage email sign-ups.

Task 3: Email Marketing Campaign (Total Marks: 25):
● Develop a series of automated email sequences to nurture
contacts collected through the squeeze landing page towards
enrollment in "Finishing School."
● Craft personalized emails addressing common pain points,
providing valuable insights, and showcasing success stories of
past participants.
● Gradually introduce the features, benefits, and testimonials of
"Finishing School" through a sequence of emails to build trust
and credibility with the contacts.
● Strategy of those automated emails, + Design 1 Email.
● Create a video under 3 minutes explaining the approach behind
the sequence you created and the reasons for your choices.
Task 4: Sales Page and Cross-Selling (Total Marks: 20):
● Design a dedicated sales page for "Finishing School" that
provides comprehensive information about the program,
including course curriculum, instructor profiles, and enrollment
details.
● Utilize persuasive copywriting, compelling visuals, and social
proof elements such as testimonials and reviews to convince
potential customers to enroll in the program.
● Implement cross-selling strategies by showcasing related
products or services that complement "Finishing School," such
as career coaching services, resume writing workshops, or
advanced skill development courses.
Deliverables:
1. Strategic Marketing Plan: Develop a detailed Google Slides
presentation outlining marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to
promote "Finishing School" and achieve sales goals.
2. Squeeze Landing Page: Create a conversion-optimized landing page
with an attractive offer. Provide both the URL and screenshots. This
page aims to collect email addresses from potential customers
interested in "Finishing School.

3. Email Marketing Campaign: Craft a series of automated email
sequences to nurture contacts acquired through the lead capture
landing page towards enrollment in "Finishing School." Include
screenshots of each step and the final email. Present your
automation plan using Google Slides or attach screenshots using
Bravo.
4. Sales Page and Cross-Selling: Screenshot and the final URL for final
landing page which focuses on either cross selling or upselling.
Design a dedicated sales page for "Finishing School" and implement
cross-selling strategies to promote related products or services.
Conclusion: By implementing this integrated marketing funnel, the
objective is to increase sales for "Finishing School" by effectively guiding
potential customers through the journey from initial engagement to
conversion. Through strategic planning, lead generation, email nurturing,
and persuasive sales tactics, the aim is to attract, engage, and convert
leads into paying customers, ultimately helping individuals secure and
excel in their first job with the skills acquired from "Finishing School."
Submission Guidelines:
● Create the presentation using Google Slides.
● Landing pages can be created using wordpress, shopify, wix or
mailchimp.
● Emails need to be designed on Brevo.
● Ensure that the video you create has clear audio and a visible face.
● Ensure the video you create has public viewing access. For more

● Save the presentation as a PDF file and then convert it into a zipped
(.zip) folder.
● Upload the zipped folder on your respective dashboard.
● Failure to comply with submission guidelines will result in no
grading/0 marks.
How to ZIP a PDF file:
● Put all of the PDF documents you want to compress (or just one) into
a new folder.
● Right click on that folder.
● Select the “Compress to ZIP file” option and then click “Compressed
(Zipped) folder.”
● A new .ZIP file will be created that contains your document(s).
In order to submit the projects please follow the following steps:
1. Click on “ Your progress View details” after logging into your dashboard.
2. Next, click on the tab for the specific child course for which you want to
download the problem statement. Then, scroll down to find the "Course
Project" section.
3. Now, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the "Course Project"
tab to select "Download Problem Statement."
4. Please follow the guidelines (screenshot is shared below) provided in the
project to ensure correct submissions. Then, click on "Upload Project
Solution" to submit your work.
