IV. INRTODUCTION
Banana cue Crisp is an innovative food concept that offers a fresh take on the traditional
Filipino Banana cue (Caramelized sugar coated banana) by using Banana as the primary ingredient. A
banana is an elongated, edible fruit – botanically a berry produced by several kinds of large treelike
herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, cooking bananas are called
plantains, distinguishing them from dessert bananas.
At Banana cue Crisp, we focus on delivering high-quality, freshly made products that are not
only delicious but also cater to the growing demand for healthier, sustainable food options. Our goal
is to reintroduce banana cue in a way that resonates with modern consumers, highlighting both the
tradition of Filipino cooking and the innovative possibilities that come with locally sourced
ingredients.

experience for both local and international customers. Through this innovative product, we aim to
build a brand that is synonymous with Filipino pride, sustainability, and delicious food.
