SCI-MATH PROGRAM SCRIPT

I. Opening Ceremonies
Host 1/2: “Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, science and math wizards of all ages… are
you ready for an electrifying, mind-blowing, and number-crunching celebration?!”
Host 1: “Get ready to explore, experiment, and excite your minds as we embark on a journey
through the wonders of Science and the magic of Mathematics.”
Host 2: “So brace yourselves for a month filled with thrilling competitions, mind-boggling
puzzles, jaw-dropping experiments, and endless learning!”
Host 1: Indeed! We have a thrilling lineup of contests and performances that will showcase the
skills, creativity, and intelligence of our students. But before we proceed, may we request
everyone to please rise as we begin our program with an invocation, followed by the singing of
our National Anthem.
(Invocation and National Anthem commence.)
Host 2: Good morning, everyone! I am Joanna May Pelaez, and I am Reinnel P. Escoses, and it
is with great pleasure as we welcome you to our Sci-Math Month Celebration with the theme,
"Unveiling the Universe: Where Math and Science Intersect."
Host 1: “Today, we gather to celebrate two of the most powerful forces that drive progress and
innovation—Science and Mathematics.”
Host 2: “From unraveling the mysteries of the universe to solving real-world problems, these
two disciplines have shaped our world in ways we can only begin to imagine.”
Host 1: “Throughout this week, we have witnessed the brilliance of young minds as they
showcased their talents, skills, and passion for discovery.”
Host 2: “So, as the celebration is about to reach its conclusion, let us embrace the spirit of
inquiry, creativity, and logic as we embark on this exciting journey. Welcome once again to Sci-
Math Month—where learning has no limits!”
Host 1: To officially open our celebration, let us welcome the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees, Mr. Rene Alimagno, for his inspiring opening remarks.

II. Announcement of List of Activities


Host 2: Thank you, Mr. Alimagno. Now, to keep everyone informed about the exciting
activities lined up for today, we present the list of competitions that will take place:
 Kaloka-Like Contest
 Sci-Math Dance Challenge
 Junk Art Presentation
 Team Building Activities
Let us all look forward to a day filled with fun and learning!

IV. Intermission Number


Host 1: To energize our audience, to give us an intermkission number, let us now enjoy a
special dance performance by our talented Pre-Elementary and Grade 1 students!
(Dance performance by Pre-Elementary and Grade 1 students.)

V. Introduction of the Board of Judges


Host 2: Thank you for that very cute dance performances. Now, every competition deserves a
fair and just evaluation. e are honored to introduce our distinguished panel of judges who will
be assessing today's contests.

VI. Presentation of Criteria for Judging


Host 1: To ensure transparency and fairness in all our contests, let us now present the criteria
for judging for each competition.
(Presentation of the judging criteria.)

VII. Intermission Number


Host 2: Before we proceed to our first competition, let us all enjoy another dynamic dance
number from our Grade 2 and Grade 3 students!

VIII. Kaloka-Like Contest Proper


Host 1: And now, let’s get started with our first competition—the much-anticipated Brainiacs
in Action: Kaloka-Like: Sci-Math Edition!
Host 2: We will first introduce our Grade 7 and Grade 8 participants, who will be showcasing
their individual experiments and demonstrations. Let’s give them a big round of applause!

IX. Sci-Math Dance Challenge (Elementary Level: Grades 4 to 6)


Host 1: From scientific experiments, let’s now shift to rhythm and creativity! It’s time for the
Sci-Math Dance Challenge for our Elementary Level participants from Grades 4 to 6!

X. Continuation of Kaloka-Like Contest Proper


Host 2: Now, let’s continue with the Kaloka-Like Contest as we introduce our Grade 9 to
Grade 11 participants. Let’s give them a warm round of applause!

XI. Sci-Math Dance Challenge (High School Level: Grades 7 to 12)


Host 1: And now, let’s keep the energy high as we proceed to the Sci-Math Dance Challenge
for our High School Level participants from Grades 7 to 12!

XII. Presentation of Functional Junk Art


Host 2: Science, Math, and creativity come together in this next segment! It’s time to present
the Functional Junk Art entries crafted by our talented students from Grades 7 to 12. Let’s
