and I do not give up in the face of failure

company to join , I had to make sure my application was

NEED START IN THE POSITION AND PROVE MY VALUE
8. What is a call center for you?
For me it is a telephone operations center where
problems are resolved and customer requests are
processed.
9. What is customer service?
assistance that an organization offers to its
customers before or after they purchase or use
products or services
10. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
MY SUPERPOWER WOULD BE SPEED, BECAUSE IT
WOULD BE USEFUL IN A BUSINESS THAT RESPONDS
VERY FAST TO EVENTS.
11. Why do you want to work in a call center?
I would love to work in a call center because I have
a deep passion for conversation and finding ways
to help customers solve problems.
12. How would you handle a difficult customer?
I would maintain a positive tone even if the client was at fault.
Projecting compassion, composure, and a willingness to resolve the
situation can demonstrate professionalism and maturity.
13. Can you work under pressure?
“I am very good at listening to people, working under pressure and
I like things to be done with excellence.
14. How do you stay motivated in a repetitive job?
One way to stay motivated is to set personal goals. because this
gives me a sense of purpose and direction, and something to work
towards
15. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I am good at informing and communicating. I am also a person who
sympathizes with others.
And my weakness is that my English is not as good as it should be,
that's why I am practicing day by day, because I want to improve.
16. Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a
customer.
I worked in a braiding salon, a client wrote to me asking me about
the price of some braids, the client took the price very expensive so
I offered solutions so that the client was satisfied.
