Efficiency, calculability, predictability, and control, might be a sociology lesson

to some but to me they are my chain of function as part of the pandemic batch.That
time period accurately represents my core as an optimistic focused
individual.Through the uncertainity i persevered and to get one of the highest
grades in my olevels while also securing the position of captain of the student
council where i lead several groups of peers into exploring their passions in drama
, music and basketball as the captain of the basketball team and head of the drama
society.I was the lead in two annual musical productions of two of the most
esteemed educational all girls institutions in lahore.

In college i realized that pre med didnt allign with who i was and it didnt satiate
my passions, i was chasing a degree i was told would help me survive as a girl in
my society where i had to be the best to have the same life chances as my male
counterpart. I tried my best but i was unhappy as the load and nature of my
subjects forced me to drop my creative outlets.As a student i have never shyed away
from sacrificing but i learned that sacrificing a hobby is much different than
sacrificing a part of your identity. Therefore i applied to management sciences as
i felt like organizing people and working with

I aspire to graduate with a gold medal as well as a write of several articles about
pakistani women in theatre.I want to make sure i graduate with the tools to
reestablish theatre in pakistan with the help of my management degree i believe i
can establish an organization on legal formal lines where i can ensure a safe and
fair space women to become respected actors where we can reclaim the honesty
theatre once had the very virtue that drew it apart from mass media. I desperately
hope that i can change the societal naratives through scripts that act as mirrors
to our society and hopefully act as catalysts to force people to think.I want to
stay connected to this field while backing it up with my degree as i would market
its culture in a globally attractive way , ensure the fair treatment of all actors
and establish a platform for all cultures of pakistan to display their own distint
identities and cultural issues.
