Here are the questions:
1. How do you use share file links to share the files on your Synology NAS to your
friend?
2. Please tick O/X in the following table to indicate what file transfer protocols are supported on

#2. Troubleshooting cases
How would you help a customer in the following scenario?
My connection in LAN is okay, but I can't connect to my DiskStation via WAN. I can't find my
DiskStation on LAN. Some of my computers in LAN can't connect to DiskStation. Sometimes I can
find my NAS but it disappears after a while.
Please reply to this user as a Synology Technical Support.

Here is a support ticket created by a real customer:
I returned the NAS to my reseller last week because the fan was broken. It was not
spinning properly. Today I got a replacement from the reseller, I've set it up and installed
system software, but again I noticed the fan stopped working AGAIN!!!!! This is SO
DISAPPOINTING. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this piece of JUNK!!!
How would you calm this customer down and solve his/her problem as Technical Support?
