a) Case Entry

i) Segment & Tender No required on top together.

ii) Case Segment & project segment are same it will auto flow to quote and project.

iii) Case End date or Tender Last date.

b) Quote Entry

i) Quote is not linked with Case.

ii) Segment required mandatory.

iii) Target Rate below unit Price

iv) Remove target rate from Quote header

c) Last Purchase & Sale Price: In this point we require report or dashboard from where user can
export the 5 Last Purchase & Sale Price in excel with filters (date range, Vendor, Customer,
Part & Project).

d) Bank Guarantee

i) Form name change from Key 1 05 to Bill Tracking

ii) Remarks 1 to 5 Character limit Increase

iii) Return of BG FY require Dropdown

iv) Return of BG QTR require Dropdown

a) Bank Master

i) BG Limit Entry required on Bank Master which will help in Tracking the available BG Limit
with BG & EMD Dashboard.

b) Payment Entry

i) Blank Notification Popup at Save.

ii) Unable to select the supplier from Search

iii) Document Type & legal Number are grid out and blank

iv) Document type Should be mandatory

v) Posting Rules are not showing.

c) Cash Receipt Entry

i) Posting Rules must be on top as in all forms

ii) Project should be mandatory.

iii) Document Type is Not Showing in drop down & Legal Number is blank.

d) Journal Entry

i) Document type Should be mandatory

e) Payment Advise

i) Change Name Key1 in Search

ii) In Search Columns name are not correct as per the form.

iii) Random Number is showing in Form Namem in new entry creation.

iv) Payment Advise no coming in Sr No

v) Request Date will be current date

vi) Department Desk Drop Down Not Coming and make mandatory

vii) State/Segment/Project Drop down or Search option not available no manual entry will
be done. and make mandatory

viii) Party Name/ PAN/GST/Address/Bank Details will be grid out filled automatically after
party code selection and make mandatory

ix) Payment Type Drop Down not available and make mandatory

f) Bill Tracking

i) Auto system datetime not showing in form.

ii) Segment not coming automatically according to the Plant.

iii) Bill Due Date need to be added in the form.

iv) Form name change from Key 1 to Bill Tracking

v) Invoice amount name change with Invoice amount (with GST)

vi) Status must be auto filled with can’t be change at the entry creation.

vii) Attachment option not showing.

viii) At request creation status should automatically come request created

ix) Make Project, Invoice No, Invoice Amount, forward to dept, Segment, invoice date,
forward date, received date, received date, vendor or party code, Entered By, Bill Type &
Bill Sub type.

x) Tracking History Missing; Each desk tracking required must show below the filled details
to next dept for processing the bill.

3) Fixed Asset

a) Asset Depression: User will enter the Useful life & residual value rate will be auto calculated.

b) Tag is text box require dropdown of employee Id we will add the employee details
(employee Id, Name, Status, Department, Contact No, Email, Designation)

c) Posting Rule must be on top.

d) Warranty details are not captured


Observations

4) Purchase Management/CMG

a) Supplier Creation & Codification

i) Supplier Sub Group & Old vendor Code position on Top below Group.

ii) Supplier code is not generating Automatically as given.

iii) Vendor Status is Not Coming.

iv) There are 3 different forms for entry and the fields in them are not same

v) The option for send to approve options are enabled before hand

vi) AP invoice is getting booked of inactive suppliers

vii) MSME field in search window

b) Supplier approval system admin can send the supplier for approval to any level

c) Un approval dashboard name needs to be changed and upon clicking the supplier id the
supplier form should open

d) Approved and un approved checkbox should be together

e) Purchase Requisition

i) While creating requisition only child items should be visible to select

ii) In state field code is showing rather than name and it is enabled

iii) SO number, Legal number and PR categorization needs to be placed on top with
requisition number.

iv) There is plant field that needs to be removed

v) Only Project specific SO should be available to select

vi) Project code mandatory

vii) Legal number to be renamed as PR legal number

viii) On line item plus sign is not enabled

ix) Project name column coming as SegValue3 in personalized column needs to be changed

x) Requisition dashboard should contain project name, pr type and state

xi) Only child items should be available to select & we need to map PR category with items

xii) Project and category wise approval is not customized

xiii) UOM and PR qty should be mandatory

xiv) Segment is coming blank

f) PO Suggestions
Observations

i) Unapproved validation

ii) Plant, PR number, state, PR date and balance qty not showing

iii) Qty should be equal to or less than if PO is made

iv) Will remain in PO suggestion until the whole qty is consumed

g) PO creation

i) Order type, purchase type, Nature of PO, Project, legal number, state, segment on PO
tracker

ii) State is enabled on PO entry and Project should be mandatory

iii) Nature of PO to be mandatory

iv) In new PO unapproved PO is enabled

v) Entered by should be greyd out

vi) The legal number should be placed alongside the PO number, and the label should be
changed to 'PO Legal Number'.

vii) There is a field of SO number

viii) Vendor id is disabled but search is working but should only be enabled in case of indirect

ii) Make all the fields mandatory like Parent Phase, Child Phase, Progress Date, Entry
Person, UOM, Quantity, Progress & System Date

c) Project Budget

i) Maker & Checker on Budget Creation & Alteration

ii) Budget Form Name & Columns Name on Dashboard

iii) In Search result name of columns are not same as the entry form.

v) Budget Subhead Linking with GL code and Auto budget consumption from Sub head at
the time of Booking.
