3. Modifier Keys
• Shift: Used with other keys to type capital letters and special
Symbols(e.g, Shift+ 2 = @).
• Ctrl (Control): Used in keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl + C to
Copy).
• Alt (Alternate): Used for shortcuts and special tasks (e.g.,
Alt + Tab to switch windows).
• Caps Lock: When active, It capitalizes all typed letters until
Toggled off.
4. Navigation Keys
• Arrow Keys: Navigate through text or within web page.
• Home: Moves the cursor to the beginning of the line.
• End: Moves the cursor to the end of the line.

7. Other Keys
• Print Screen (PrtScn): Captures the entire screen and save it
To the clipboard.
• Scroll Lock: Rarely used, but it can lock scrolling in some

• Pause/ Break: Rarely used, can pause a program or break
Out of a loop.
