MICROSOFT EXCEL (40 MARKS)

1. Start Excel then create new workbook and save the workbook as HOT Excel (Your
Name_Student ID).

2. Create the worksheet and enter the data given below:

3. Make the grid around the cells visible.


(1 mark)

4. Change the formatting of the numbers to Ringgit Malaysia (RM).


(2 marks)

5. Insert the title “Statement of Functional Expenses.”

a) Change the font to Arial, size 18, UPPERCASE and Bold.


b) Center and merge it.
(4 marks)

6. Insert the subtitle “For the Year 2022.”

a) Change the font to Arial, size 14 and Bold.


b) Change the font color to “Blue, Accent 1, Daker 25%.”
c) Center and merge it.
(4 marks)

7. Find the Total Expenses at the bottom of each program at cell A7:F7.
(3 marks)

8. Change the amount of Rent and Utilities at Covid19 Program from RM12,000 to
RM15,000.
(2 marks)

9. Figure out the average for each row.

10. Change the table font to Arial, size 11, center and bold cell A1:G1.

11. Apply conditional formatting to change the formatting to light red fill with dark red text

14. Insert a 3D-Stucked Colum Bar Chart in a new worksheet.

b) Add data label for Rent and Utilities.
c) Change the Legend Position to the “Top.”
d) Rename Sheet2 to Chart.
