background. Specifically, I have obtained my bachelor degree in Educational planning and management from
Addis Ababa University and Master of Business Administration from Micro Link College of information
technology and business. Regarding my work experience, I have more than 8 years of direct work experience in the
area of Financial Planning‚ managing‚ monitoring and Evaluation. I have more than 5 years of relevant work
experience to the position mainly participating in the area of community mobilization. In finance sector specifically I
have worked as Monitoring and Evaluation expert from April 20, 2016 - June 7, 2017, Procurement, finance
and Asset Management team coordinator from June 8, 2017- October 18, 2019 and head of Planning and
finance office from May 11, 2020- October 29, 2024. In addition to this I have worked more than 10 years in the
area of education as school teacher and school Director Which mainly focusing on teaching students and community
mobilization and planning and for the achievement of educational projects., Furthermore,
I have coordinated different NGO projects while I was working as head of Planning and finance office, such as, Kal
kidan Sekota declaration education project, COWASH project, Productive Saftinet project, Calm project, UN
EXCOM project, 3R-project and health NGO ‚as project planning, financial management‚ procurement and asset
management monitoring and evaluation of overall the physical and financial performance of each project. Therefore, I
