Contract Agreement
This Contract Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of ________, 2024,
by and between:
Quick Web Solutions Company ("Service Provider"), and
Umer Khan ("Client").
Both parties (collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”) agree to the terms and conditions of
this Agreement as follows:
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services for the Client:
a) E-commerce Website Development: Development of an e-commerce website using
WordPress or OpenCart platforms, based on the Client’s preference.
b) Unlimited Web Hosting & Domain Registration: Provision of a domain name and
web hosting services for a period of one (1) year.
c) Payment Integration: Integration of payment gateways, specifically PayPal and
Stripe, into the website. The Service Provider will charge a 10% service fee per
transaction on each transaction processed through these gateways.
d) Amazon Seller Account Registration: Registration of an Amazon Seller Account on
behalf of the Client.
e) Business Support: Provision of three (3) months of post-development support and
guidance to assist the Client in running the e-commerce business smoothly.
f) Wise Business Account Setup: Assistance in setting up a Wise business account for
international transactions.
g) USA Virtual Number: Provision of a USA-based virtual phone number for a period

2. Terms and Duration
This Agreement shall begin on the effective date as mentioned above and
shall remain in effect until the completion of the services as outlined,
including the one (1) year web hosting and domain period.
The post-development support period will last three (3) months following
the website’s official launch.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider as per the itemized quotation
provided on the last page of this Agreement.
Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined
in the quotation.
Service Provider shall charge a 10% fee on each transaction processed
through the PayPal and Stripe payment gateways.
4. Limitations of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any profit or loss resulting
from the use of the website, services, or products sold by the Client.
The Service Provider will not be responsible for any external factors
impacting the Client's business, including but not limited to changes in
third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon), market conditions, and/or service
interruptions beyond the Service Provider’s control.
5. Additional Terms
Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day
written notice. Any services completed prior to termination will be invoiced
according to the terms of this Agreement.
Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to keep the details of this Agreement
confidential and not disclose any information to third parties without prior
consent.
Support and Maintenance: The three-month support period will cover
guidance and troubleshooting related to the website's functionality and
basic e-commerce operations.

6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties
and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings,
whether written or oral.
