Logging in

All Microsoft partners can access resources hosted on AI Business Solutions Partner Hub. While all pages are accessible to anyone visiting the site, to access assets with a lock icon next to them you must be signed in with your Microsoft Partner ID. (It is the same login information that you use for Partner Center.)

How to login to Partner Hub

Login to Partner Hub is required to access any of the “locked assets” on the site. If you click on an asset link with a lock icon, you will be automatically prompted to login. Login requires you to enter your Microsoft Partner ID username and password – the same username and password that is required to access Partner Center. You will need to have a Partner ID at the organization level plus each user has to have sign-in credentials at the individual level as well.

If you need help in creating organizational or individual credentials, these links can help:

Note

Membership in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program is required to obtain a Microsoft Partner ID. If you are not currently a member, you will need to enroll in the program first.

How to tell if you are logged in

If you are logged in you will see your username when you click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar. If you don't see your name, click on 'Sign in'.

Organizations with AAD application consent

Some organizations have turned on AAD application consent. This means that there is an additional step required where an admin will need to consent for applications to access organizational information.

If someone from your organization has not previously visited Dynamics 365 Partner Hub, Power Platform Partner Hub, or any of the related Transform sites for Modern Work, Security or Azure and consented for the organization, you will be presented with the consent modal.

  • Consent must be granted by an admin of the organization one time.

Organizations that have already consented or who do not have application consent turned on will not be presented with this modal.
