Should we introduce to our readers the fact that it's technically called a "croisillon"?
I'm still OK to use "dièse" as it's how people tell it in real life (I never heard of "croisillon", at least never heard it from mentally stable individuals).
But the argument "it's how poeple tell it in real life" is scary (I mean, more and more people are saying it "hashtag").

Mea culpa.

I don't like much "string.format()" here, string is another module (without format). Maybe use str.format()
if you want to keep it that way, or use "celui utilisé par la méthode format()
des chaînes"?

It look like a space, you should use a non-breakable space here (or " : ::").

I would use double backticks if you're expressing a Python literal here. Or use a coma if you're expressing the value as a french literal.
