The teacher may ask the students to make a portfolio where

to be used for the activity.

The students will perform or demonstrate their knowledge,


understanding and proficiency in a particular topic. This can be
done through video recording and will be send to the teacher

doing such, their parents/guardians shall be asked to assess
their performance at home and answer the prepared

Before the end of each quarter, students should be given a
