Interview: Hello. My name is Abigail, and I will be in charge of interviewing you.
¿What´s your name?
Applicant: Good morning, my name is Angel. It´s a pleasure.
Abigail: The pleasure is mine. Pease, have a seat. ¿How are you today?
Angel: I´m alright. A little bit nervous, but ready for the interview.
Abigail: It´s nice to hear that. So, ¿what can you tell me about yourself?
Angel: I graduated from the Universidad Politécnica del Valle de México. I have a
bachelor’s degree in Business administration. I have worked before, so I have
some experience in customer service.
Abigail: It´s nice to hear that. ¿Can you tell me how did you hear about this
position?
Angel: A friend of mine sent me the ad.
Abigail: ¿The one we posted on Instagram?
Angel: Yes, that one.
Abigail: Interesting. ¿Why are you interested in this position?
Angel: Because I think I will be able to develop my abilities and expand my
knowledge, so I can a valuable member of any team of work.
Abigail: ¿Please explain why should we hire you?
Angel: I speak Spanish and French, so I´m able to interact with people from
different countries. In the past year, I learnt how to provide a quality service to
customers, and I know how to keep calm in various situations.
Abigail: ¿So you think you would do a good performance under pressure?
Angel: Of course, I´m sure.

Abigail: Noted. ¿What are your strengths?
Angel: I´m responsible, a good leader, and I can find the best solutions for the
problems I face while keeping o cool head.
Abigail: ¿Then can you tell me three weaknesses of yours?
Angel: I have a hard time delegating work. I´m very strict with the work because I
want it to be well done. I think you can say I’m a perfectionist.
Abigail: I can tell, yes. Please tell me about a challenge you faced before and how
you aver came that.
Angel: I had to deal with a very rude person one time. I was getting angry with all
the comments, so I decided to ask a coworker for help before I said anything
disrespectful to that client.
Abigail: Understood. ¿Would you mind telling me some of you career goals?
Angel: I want to be proficient enough in my job to motivate clients to stay with the
company, this making a raise in sakes, and create a nice environment with my
team.
Abigail: ¿Where do you see yourself in five years?
Angel: I want to be the section boss.
Abigail: Interesting. ¿Why do you want to work here?
Angel: I think I’ll be able to learn a lot and you professionally with the opportunities
given here.
Abigail: Alright, we are running out of time. ¿Do you have any questions for me?
Angel: Actually, I do. ¿How is the working environment here?
Abigail: ¡Very nice! Our seniors’ workers always teach the rookies and help them
out when they need it. Our time is done. Unfortunately. I’ll give you a call if you get
selected.
Angel: Thank you. It was a pleasure.
