capture the variability and diversity within the construct being measured.
Applicability: The instrument is applicable to the specific population under study and suitable
for the research context, considering cultural, linguistic, and contextual factors.
Language Appropriateness: The instruments ensures that the language used n the
instrument is appropriate for the target population in terms of vocabulary, grammar, and
readability.
Cultural Sensitivity: The instrument considers the cultural context of the target population and
ensure that the instrument does not contain any culturally insensitive or offensive content.
