Dear Ms. Theresah,
We at Falcon Investments LLC are delighted to offer you an employment
position within Falcon Manpower Services for the role of a Cleaner.

Salary Details –
Basic Salary: AED 1,300/-per month
Overtime Allowance: AED 300 per month
Other Allowance: AED 50 per month
Total AED 1,600/- per month
We take this opportunity in wishing you the very best in your new
employment as well as advising you that our offer for employment is on the
following terms and conditions:
1. Period of Service: 9hrs + overtime - Morning/Night Shift. Your
employment with Falcon Investments LLC or it’s affiliate companies shall
commence once your visa formalities are completed. The first 6 (Six)
months of employment shall be probationary. Your employment contract
between you and Falcon Investments LLC will be renewed unless either
side notifies the other on the contrary.

You shall, for the purpose of your employment with us, sign all the
necessary documents for submission and approval of the government
authorities.
2. Designation and Salary: You shall be employed as a Trainee Cleaner
and your benefits will be as follows:
Renumeration: AED 1,650/- (AED One Thousand Six Hundred
and Fifty Only) per month all inclusive. This shall be raised to
AED 1,850/- (AED One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Only)
after 6 months and also reviewed based on your performance
and commitment.
Placement: You will be reporting to Sharjah Head Office
Administration Department and might be placed in any offices
under company management anywhere as and when required.
Allowance: Included in the above renumeration.
Accommodation: You will be provided with a sharing
accommodation.
Transportation: Provided by the company.
Medical benefits: During your employment with us, we shall
provide the means of medical care as required by the Ministry
of Labor and as covered by the compensation policies. Regular
illness is not included.
3. Leave: 24 Calendar days’ vacation leave for the first year of service.
4. Passage: You will be entitled to economy class return ticket to your
home country after successful completion of 2 years of continuous
service.

5. Visa: You shall be provided with a permanent residence. All expenses
shall be borne by the company including medical and ID.
6. Working Hours: Normal conditions, you are expected to work 6 days a
week, out of this Saturday thru Thursday is normal working day and
Friday half day. On site, the working hours shall be at client’s/project
requirements.
7. Termination: We shall be entitled to terminate your services by giving at
any time one month notice in writing or salary in lieu thereof; We shall be
entitled to terminate your services without any notice or salary in lieu
thereof in the event of your neglecting company interest or misconduct,
theft etc.
8. General
You are expected to comply strictly with company policies and
principles. During your work, you are not allowed to take any
assignments other than those given by the company.
You shall serve the company for a minimum of 2 years. Incase of
failure, you shall bear all expenses incurred by the company for your
employment with the company.
Confidentiality: It is company policy to strictly adhere to confidentiality of
information, documents that may have come across to the attention of
employee during the tenure of employment. Any disclosure of its contents to
other employees, or to any other person is a serious offence. Including
disclosing the details of his/her salary package to colleagues or an outsider.
This offer of employment is valid for 3 days from date shown on this letter.

PLEASE NOTE: As the visa process can take time, it is your responsibility to ensure
your visa status remains valid until such time as your employment visa is approved
by immigration. Any overstay fines incurred by the employee must be paid prior to
joining the company. The employee agrees that failure to pay such fines may result
in the offer being revoked without any liability to the company.
Subject to your acceptance of this outlined offer, we will prepare the
necessary documents for your employment contract.
