What do you like best about Cognism?

I use Cognism almost everyday abd it stands out for its easy implementation, ease of integration in your Daily work, intuitive interface and impressive speed, making it easy to navigate and highly efficient. I love the included access to valuable insights such as annual revenue and industry sector, which are essential for strategic prospecting. These capabilities make Cognism a very good tool for any sales development team. I have no insights about their Customer Support since I had never had to contact them - but maybe thats also a good sign ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

The main drawback is the accuracy of employee data. It’s not uncommon to find prospects listed who have left their companies. This can lead to wasted time and effort when reaching out, so as other have already mentiones before improving the frequency of updates would significantly enhance the platform’s reliability- or act on flagged numbers. Additionally, some email addresses appear to be generated intuitively based on patterns rather than verified, which can result in bounced emails. Phone numbers also often lead to gatekeepers instead of direct lines to the prospect, which adds another layer of difficulty for outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognism?

In my experience, the mobile numbers provided by Cognism are highly accurate, especially thanks to the Diamond-Verified feature. Importing my account list into Cognism is straightforward, allowing me to quickly verify contacts' emails and phone numbers, and then reach out to them directly from the Cognism dashboard. What do you dislike about Cognism?

Overall, there are no major issues, but I have noticed that the extension sometimes takes a while to load on my LinkedIn. Additionally, it occasionally fails to update company names when they merge or change. What do you like best about Cognism?

I like that Cognism is very fast and very intuitive to use. I find it to be a very useful and well-made tool because you can search not only by person with first and last name, but also by company, checking the latest annual revenue and the company's sector, which provides me with important details. I highly value the filters that allow me to choose the country of interest, as well as the maximum and minimum revenue I am looking for from the company and the person working there. What do you dislike about Cognism?

Occasionally, some of the contact data can be outdated or missing for niche industries or smaller regions, but this is quite rare. What do you like best about Cognism?

We use Cognism as one of our main data providers, and the quality of their data has always been excellent. As a UK-based outsourced sales agency, having access to accurate and compliant data is crucial, and Cognism consistently delivers.

One of the key benefits is having direct access to the platform, which allows us to build data counts ourselves and even share our screen in real time with clients to build counts collaboratively. Being able to understand the total addressable market instantly is extremely valuable during planning and client discussions.

What do you like best about Cognism?

What I appreciate most about Cognism is how seamlessly it works with our current tools. The integration with Salesforce is excellent, helping us maintain clean data and save valuable time. I also find the pop-up notifications within Sales Navigator extremely useful, as they provide quick access to contact information without needing to navigate away from the page. What do you dislike about Cognism?

My main frustration is with the limited data coverage in the APAC region. Although the platform works well for the US and EU, finding complete contact information in Asia Pacific can be difficult. "Revolutionising My Research and Outreach Process Through Cognism"
What do you like best about Cognism?

It can connect you with you need to speak with. Not only will it (90% of the time) give you the right phone number and email address to reach your contact but it also helps you find the most appropriate lead for your outreach. It's quick and easy to download and integrates perfectly into your browser (I use Chrome). I love how the plugin pops up on LinkedIn and, not only that, but almost every company page you visit! I use it all the time. It has made my day to day immeasurably better and is so quick and easy to use. I can safely say, the implementation of Cognism at my company has changed everything for the better. And if we have any query, question or concern (the latter being quite rare), Jemima and the team are always approachable and happy to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

What do you like best about Cognism?

I find Cognism very useful for lead search and accessing contact details. It helps me narrow down my search by title and location. I love the premium version because it enriches contacts and provides valid, verified information. The Enhance options on contact info are particularly useful for my role and company. The LinkedIn add-on extension is something I use every time as it gives me information right away while researching profiles and allows me to update information on the spot. What do you dislike about Cognism?

I find it frustrating when some contacts are duplicated and can't be imported to my CRM tool. It would be better if there was a way to periodically update information online, especially LinkedIn profiles, to avoid this issue. What do you like best about Cognism?

I like how easy Cognism is to use, especially the list building tool and the intent tool. Building lists that I can convert into CSV files and upload directly to my CRM makes everything much easier. The intent tool helps me stay updated on whether a prospect is exploring new solutions, giving me a better focus on what to discuss with potential customers. What do you dislike about Cognism?
