I personally am specialised in data protection and fraud tactics, I know how difficult it is to teach people about the subject in a way that keeps them engaged. I did identify already a problem that has also built a frustration in a couple of people, namely the late responses.
Now the biggest problem here is that people do like to see their numbers go up, but if you have been sick or on holidays and missed the email, then suddenly you will no longer be able to be on the top of the score board, and you feel like you drag your team down as well cause the total % falls down too.
I would consider a better solution for this like maybe a short question afterwards why was the response delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
