I did identify already a problem that has also built a frustration in a couple of people, namely the late responses.

Now the biggest problem here is that people do like to see their numbers go up, but if you have been sick or on holidays and missed the email, then suddenly you will no longer be able to be on the top of the score board, and you feel like you drag your team down as well cause the total % falls down too.

Accessing the dashboard is not clear and as far as I'm aware can be done when reporting an email. If I don't have an email to report, I'm not sure how to access the dashboard. Also, it doesn't take public holidays into account which means that if you go for holiday for a few days and don't manually put it on pause, it will send you an email during holiday and then mark it as missed if you don't report it by the time you come back. The best thing I like is the micro training immediately after the simulation. This creates a lasting impression on the minds of the user and helps us to be prepared for any cybersecurity attack of a similar nature.

Hoxhunt keeps track of how many phishing simulations you completed correctly and which ones you missed. The leaderboard is a good tool to know your competency on handling such cybersecurity attacks.

I think the micro training should also have an option for an in-depth training if someone want a deeper dive on this simulation.
