I like that Gusto was very automated, sending all the required information to my contractors for them to complete, like their Social Security, which I didn't want to be responsible for handling. When I used Gusto, my issue was that I clicked the wrong button when initially setting up my account. I needed the service for contractors, but I accidentally selected payroll. They were not able to fix it by removing the one payroll option from my account, so I had to start over and enter all the contractor information again. This was time-consuming as I had over 30 vendors to manage. I just thought they should have had a better fix for that. Also, I ended up getting billed for that one payroll seat which I never used because we only had contractors, not employees. Setting up wasn't the easiest.
