This pull request re-enables AddressSanitizer (ASan) for the linux_unopt builder by adding the --asan flag to its GN configuration. This change restores sanitizer coverage that was temporarily disabled. The surrounding configuration for tests on this builder already includes the necessary sanitizer suppressions.

ASan had been disabled due to issues that were seen when the LUCI bots were upgraded to Ubuntu 24. That upgrade was reverted, and ASan can be run on the current Ubuntu 22 bots.
Ensure that the test's threads shut down before the engine goes out of scope.
