Summary

When a test has an unresolved promise (e.g., a missing await), and the test finishes without waiting for async operations to complete, the Jest environment gets torn down. If the async code later tries to require() a file, it would crash with a cryptic error:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'JSON')
    at Runtime._loadModule (node_modules/jest-runtime/build/index.js:1016:34)

This happened because this._environment.global becomes null after teardown, and the code tries to call this._environment.global.JSON.parse(...).

This PR adds a check at the beginning of requireModuleOrMock (the entry point for user require() calls) to detect if the environment has been torn down. If so, it logs a clear error message and sets the exit code to 1, following the same pattern already used for import statements in other parts of the codebase.

The new error message is:

You are trying to `require` a file after the Jest environment has been torn down.

Test plan

Added a new test case in packages/jest-runtime/src/__tests__/runtime_jest_fn.js that verifies:

The error message is logged to console when require is called after teardown
The process exit code is set to 1
