This PR updates jest-environment-node to avoid eagerly touching Node 25's storage globals during environment setup, which prevents the noisy --localstorage-file warning unless a test actually accesses localStorage/sessionStorage. It also adds an e2e fixture around Node 25 local storage usage and expands CI to run against Node 25.
